we enjoyed the cleanliness and rooms. on-site restaurant acorn cafe was a bonus, had dinner there. the staff were constantly friendly.

All in all, it was reasonable base for traveling to Oroville. The standard double room had everything you need, a heating system, cable channels and a mini-refrigerator. Besides, there was free parking.
